My first design

The pattern for the dishcloth came out of a stitch book. It's in Leisure Arts little books the "Beginner's Guide Knit Stitches and Easy Projects. Its also in a couple of other stitch books.

Divided Boxes
Multiple of 5 sts
Row 1: (right side) Knit across.
Row 2: (K1,P4) across
Row 3: and 4: (K3, P2) across
Row 5: (K1, P4) across
Rows 6 and 7: Knit across

I used a size 6 crystal palace 16 inch circular needle and just measured across until it was 8 inches and the did the pattern down until it was 8 inches and then I bound it off.
